Give your rig the low-end weight it deserves. This bundle pairs two EV ELX118P powered subwoofers with a pair of ASP-1 riser poles, so you’re ready to deploy full-range coverage the moment you roll in.
Each ELX118P is built around a single 18″ EVS-18K woofer driven by a 700W Class D amplifier — fanless, so it stays quiet in the mix while still delivering real headroom. Frequency range runs from 32 Hz to 130 Hz with a calculated max SPL of 134 dB per cabinet, giving you the punch to fill a room without straining. Coverage is omnidirectional both horizontally and vertically, so placement is forgiving whether you’re tucking subs under a stage lip or setting them out front.
Cabinets are 9-ply, 15mm braced plywood finished in textured paint, with an 18-gauge steel grille in black powdercoat — built to survive load-in after load-in. Hookup is straightforward via the XLR/TRS combo input with an XLR link output for daisy-chaining a second cabinet or feeding a companion top. The crossover sits at 100 Hz, keeping the handoff to your tops clean.
Configuration is flexible: stack cabinets for extra output, or use the included ASP-1 poles to riser-mount your ELX118P and turn it into a full-range PA column. At roughly 70 lbs net per cabinet, they’re manageable for a two-person load-in yet substantial enough to move real air.
