Description
The Fishman SA330x reimagines what a small-venue PA can sound like. Instead of the typical single full-range box, it runs a 2-way, bi-amped design that hands off frequencies with the clarity of a good studio monitor — a real advantage when you’re mixing vocals against acoustic guitar, cajon, or a full trio.
At the heart of the system is Fishman’s Modified Line Array configuration: six 4″ mid-woofers with a patented dual-gap, high-excursion neodymium design, paired with a 1″ neodymium soft dome tweeter that has its own level control. This driver layout throws sound wide and deep, so the back of the room gets the same clarity as the front — without anyone near the stage getting blasted. Rated output is 113dB SPL at 1 meter from 330 watts of bi-amped power, plenty of headroom for corporate gigs, house concerts, clubs, and similarly sized rooms.
On the input side, two TRS aux inputs cover both a standard 1/4″ instrument cable and a 3.5mm stereo aux cable, so switching between a mic, an instrument, or a backing track playlist takes seconds, not a rewire. A dedicated subwoofer output keeps the system’s voicing intact if you add low end later, and the accessory port allows single-cable audio and power expansion via the SA Expand for scaling the rig up as gigs demand.
Standing 41.4″ tall on its included stand and weighing in at 19.8 lbs for the speaker alone, the SA330x is built to go up fast and travel easy — the modern, lightweight industrial design comes with a padded carry sleeve for transport between venues.
