Built for the sound tech who needs reliable coverage without a warehouse of backline, this bundle puts two Electro-Voice ELX112 loudspeakers on a single QSC GX5 amplifier, wired up with a pair of Hosa 50′ Speakon runs so you can push speakers well off the stage or out into the room.
- Each ELX112 packs a 12″ woofer and a 1.5″ titanium compression driver behind a 90° x 50° horn, covering 55 Hz–20 kHz with 94 dB sensitivity and 132 dB max SPL — enough headroom for bands, DJs, or monitor duty
- 250W continuous / 1000W peak handling per box, in a braced 9-ply wood cabinet with dual NL4 Speakon connectors and pole-mount or Live X subwoofer stacking options
- The QSC GX5 drives both cabinets with 500W per channel at 8 ohms, and includes GuardRail protection circuitry so thermal stress or overdriving won’t kill the show mid-set
- XLR, 1/4″ TRS, and phono inputs on the GX5 mean it’ll take whatever source you’re handed, while Speakon combo outputs and binding posts cover any wiring standard on site
- A compact 10.1″ chassis depth lets the amp live in a shallow, budget-friendly rack case
- Two Hosa SKT-450 cables — 14 AWG OFC conductors, Speakon-to-Speakon, 50 feet each — give you the reach to keep the amp rack at FOH or backstage instead of tripping over cable at the mix position
