The EVOLVE 50 rethinks what a compact PA can do for solo acts, duos, and small production teams who need real coverage without a truck full of gear. A 1000 W Class-D amplifier and Electro-Voice’s QuickSmartDSP drive three components: a 12″ subwoofer in a 15 mm ported wood enclosure, an eight-driver neodymium column array, and a bi-directional aluminum pole that connects to the sub via magnet and holds the column by gravity, with all signal routed internally for a clean, cable-free setup.
Together the sub and column reach up to 127 dB SPL, with usable output down to 37 Hz. Eight composite waveguides spread sound across 120° horizontally and 40° vertically (angled down), so seated and standing listeners both get consistent tone from front row to back wall — a real advantage for riders that demand even coverage without extra fills.
On the control side, four quick presets (Music, Live, Speech, Club) plus three-band EQ and five user-programmable slots let you dial in a room fast and recall it next time. Output delay, +15V phantom power, limiter status monitoring, input metering, and master volume round out the gain-staging toolkit. The free QuickSmart Mobile app adds Bluetooth Low Energy control and monitoring across up to six EVOLVE 50 systems at once, plus high-res Bluetooth audio streaming for background music between sets (Bluetooth availability varies by country).
