Description
The ELX200-15P gives touring and house engineers a full-range box that scales from small club dates to festival-adjacent stages without extra rack gear. Behind the grille sits an EV-designed 15-inch EVS-15M woofer paired with a DH-1C 1-inch titanium compression driver, both driven by a 1200W Class-D amp capable of 132 dB peak SPL. EV’s patented SST waveguide keeps the 90° x 60° coverage pattern consistent across the room, so mix positions and off-axis seats hear the same tonal balance.
QuickSmartDSP puts mix-critical tools right on the box: four voicing presets (Music, Live, Speech, Club), sub/top crossover matching, three-band EQ, five storable user presets, limiter status, input metering, and master gain — all readable on the LCD without opening a laptop. Pair it with the QuickSmart Mobile app over Bluetooth LE and you can configure, monitor, and get overdrive alerts for up to six ELX200 boxes at once, from anywhere in the room instead of standing behind the stack.
Rigging and I/O are built for working crews: three M10 suspension points, an integrated pole mount, and the familiar ZLX three-handle carry design, plus stereo RCA, combo XLR/TRS, and XLR connections on the amp panel. The polypropylene composite enclosure and steel powder-coated grille keep it durable but load-in friendly at just under 42 lbs net.
