Description
The ELX115P is Electro-Voice’s larger sibling to the ELX112P, trading up to a 15″ woofer for deeper low end and more headroom without sacrificing portability. Behind the grille sits a 1000 W Class D amplifier that stays cool without fan noise bleeding into your mix, paired with a 1.5″ titanium compression driver for crisp top end that cuts through a crowded room.
- 15″ EVS-15K woofer plus 1.5″ DH-1K titanium compression driver, crossing over at 1.7 kHz
- Frequency response of 44 Hz–20 kHz (-10 dB), 56 Hz–18 kHz (-3 dB), with a calculated max SPL of 134 dB at 1m
- 90° x 50° coverage pattern for consistent front-of-house or monitor use
- 1000 W lightweight Class D amp module — no fans, no added stage noise
- Flexible I/O: two XLR/TRS combo inputs, stereo RCA, and an XLR link output for daisy-chaining
- 9-ply, 15mm braced plywood cabinet with textured paint and an 18GA steel grille
Whether you’re running it front-fill, as a stage monitor, or on a pole atop an EV Live X subwoofer, the ELX115P is built for gigging engineers who need coverage and output without hauling a truckload of gear. At roughly 24.3 kg (53.6 lbs) net, it’s manageable for one person to load in and set up, and the rugged wood construction is meant to survive the van, the stage, and everything in between.
This listing is a demo unit — a great way to get EV’s ELX115P performance at a friendlier price point.
