Description
Show comms are only as good as the weakest link on the party line — the MS-704 is built so that weak link is never the main station itself. This 2RU Encore intercom hub gives your crew four independent analog channels, each with its own volume control and automatic short-circuit protection with LED indication and reset, so one damaged cable run or a beltpack failure won’t take down the whole system mid-show.
Scale it to the size of your production: each of the four channels supports a full network of beltpacks and speaker stations, with the system handling up to 55 beltpacks or 10 speaker stations across all channels combined. That’s enough reach for anything from a single-stage theater run to a multi-department touring rig, without needing to split comms across multiple mains.
- Visual and audible call signaling so calls never get missed in a loud environment
- Three interruptible IFB channels for cueing talent or performers
- Program feed available on both channels with selectable Program Interrupt
- Remote Mic Kill for instant control over open mics
- Stage Announce with relay output
- Channel A & B Link switch for combining channels when needed
- Built-in speaker for monitoring without a headset
- Universal voltage power supply for use across different power environments
Programmable front-panel buttons let you tailor the station’s behavior to your crew’s workflow rather than the other way around, and the regulated fail-safe power supply keeps the whole system running through the kind of power hiccups that would otherwise cost you a scene.
