Description
The Beyerdynamic TG H74 is a neckworn condenser microphone engineered for wireless performance applications where mobility and reliability both matter. Its supercardioid polar pattern tightens rejection of off-axis stage noise and monitor bleed, while compensated proximity effect keeps tonal balance consistent whether the performer is projecting or speaking softly close to the capsule.
- Supercardioid pickup pattern for focused vocal capture and reduced feedback risk in loud stage environments
- Compensated proximity effect for even tonal response at varying mouth-to-mic distances
- Low-profile, rugged neckworn design that stays secure through dance numbers and physical staging
- Mountable on either side of the head to suit performer preference or costume/wig constraints
- Finished in black for a discreet, camera-friendly appearance
Built with theatre and touring musical productions in mind, the TG H74 disappears visually while staying dependable acoustically — a combination rider-conscious sound designers appreciate when outfitting large casts or ensembles.
This unit ships with the TG Pin Out connector (grey ON/OFF switch), making it directly compatible with any TG 1000 Beltpack Transmitter using that same pin configuration. That compatibility gives system designers flexibility when scaling a rig across multiple beltpacks or integrating with existing TG 1000 wireless infrastructure.
Note: for wired use into a phantom-powered input, the optional MA-PVA adapter is required and sold separately.
